About This Role
We're seeking motivated individuals to join our AI Training & Data Annotation team at all experience levels. Whether you're just starting your journey in AI or you're an experienced professional, we offer performance-based compensation and clear advancement opportunities. You'll help train and improve artificial intelligence models by labeling data, evaluating AI responses, rating content quality, and ensuring accuracy across various projects.
We welcome applicants at all levels—from complete beginners (no experience required, full training provided) to expert-level specialists with proven track records. This role offers flexible hours, competitive compensation ($15-$25+/hour based on experience and performance), and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize data according to project guidelines
- Evaluate and rate AI-generated responses for quality and relevance
- Review text, images, audio, or video content for accuracy
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines and quality standards
- Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
- Participate in training sessions and quality assessments
- Provide feedback on task clarity and platform usability
- Maintain consistent quality scores above 85%
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - proficiency in Swahili is a strong advantage
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download speed)
- Computer or laptop with updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari)
- Minimum 10 hours availability per week
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good reading comprehension and analytical skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Commitment to data confidentiality and ethical guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (English + Swahili opens access to more projects)
- Previous experience with online platforms or remote work
- Background in writing, editing, research, or content review
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Experience with data entry or quality assurance tasks
- Strong internet literacy and technical aptitude
Language Advantage: Proficiency in both English and Swahili significantly increases your project opportunities and earning potential. Many of our clients specifically request bilingual annotators for diverse market coverage.

Beginner
Entry-level with training provided. Perfect for those new to AI annotation work.
Expert
For experienced annotators with proven quality scores and domain expertise.
Advanced

Work Environment
This is a fully remote, independent contractor position. You'll work through our secure online platform accessible from any location with stable internet. Projects vary in length from short-term tasks to ongoing assignments, allowing you to choose work that fits your schedule and interests.
Most beginners start with 10-20 hours per week and can scale up based on performance and availability. Top performers regularly advance to Expert and Advanced tiers within 3-6 months.
